  Food is never warm or fresh at drive thru and I'm always missing something from the order when I go to this location. Poor service.

  Occasionally slow, but more of a customer problem. Mom's in vans feeding 6 kids with drinks, etc. Otherwise, it's a typical Mickey D's. What more needs to be said?

  While yes this is McDonald's, this one is actually better maintained and the orders are done right unlike the other McDonald's in Canyon Lake and the one on Highway 46 in New Braunfels where it is mess up orders galore and having a very rude and arrogant general manager who I can see why no one wants to work for them for long.

  Every time i seem to come here to this location the the order is wrong or it takes usually long to get food with full staff and only a few orders up. I worked as a cook in a real restaurant. Don't put a double checked for accuracy sticker if it is not accurate...
